Bill Pay Update
Effective February 26, 2026 payments can no longer be made through our Patient Portal. You can make secure payments online using the Pay My Bill button on the Lakewood Family Medicine website.

Our Office
Lakewood Family Medicine is located on Holland’s north side, on 120th Ave between James Street and Lakewood Boulevard. Our offices provide a comfortable and spacious environment with a separate children’s waiting area. Laboratory services provided by Holland Hospital are also conveniently located on site.
