Effective February 26, 2026 payments can no longer be made through our Patient Portal. You can make secure payments online using the Pay My Bill button on the Lakewood Family Medicine website.

Starting Tuesday 11/26/24 we will be offering a mobile check-in option. A link will be sent to you via text message up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can verify or update your demographic information, update your insurance, and pay copay or account...

In an effort to streamline our immunization program, our office is pleased to be partnering with VaxCare to immunize our patients.

We will continue to provide the recommended vaccines, education and will be administering the doses.
