Vaxcare Partnership

In an effort to streamline our immunization program, our office is pleased to be partnering with VaxCare to immunize our patients.

We will continue to provide the recommended vaccines, education and will be administering the doses. The only difference will be that VaxCare will directly bill for most insurance companies. If you are normally responsible for paying a portion of your immunizations, you may receive a statement from VaxCare, or be asked to provide payment at the time of service.

Additionally, if there is needed information to bill for your vaccines, you may be asked to provide a phone number for VaxCare to reach out to you. You may also see VaxCare on the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company.

Dr. DeCook’s Retirement/ No evening hours 8/29/2024

This Thursday, August 29th, we will be closing the office early to celebrate Dr. Cecilia DeCook as she enters retirement. There will be no evening office hours and the phones will be off at 4:30pm so that the staff can celebrate her well.

Upcoming changes to our Injection Clinic schedule – effective 10.1.24

New hours:

Monday through Friday: 8am-11:45am; 1pm-4:45pm
