Telephone Nurse Advice

Patients can call during office hours for advice from trained nursing staff on many common medical issues. During your call, a nurse may advise you to come in for a visit, or they may need to consult a physician before calling you back.

Injection Clinic

Our on-site injection clinic is open daily for a variety of services. Please call our scheduling department at (616) 396-6516 to see if you can walk in at your convenience or if you will need an appointment.

  • Monday: 8:00 – 11:45am, 1:00 – 4:45pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00 – 11:45am, 1:00 – 5:45pm
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 – 11:45am, 1:00 – 4:45pm

Off-Site Test Scheduling and Specialist Appointments

Our out-patient scheduling department is here to help facilitate any specialist referrals and assist with scheduling any special testing, laboratory testing, mammograms, etc.

Language Interpretation Service

Several of our employees speak Spanish and language interpretation is available in any language over the phone. ASL interpretation via computer screen is also available.

Telemedicine

For those with mobility concerns or transportation limitations, our providers offer some telemedicine services upon request. Speak with our staff to learn more about telemedicine options.
