Coronavirus Information

If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms, please schedule a COVID-19 test using the directions below and follow CDC guidelines to keep others healthy and safe. Our office does not offer COVID-19 testing.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or are waiting for the results of a COVID test, please call to reschedule your appointment.

For general questions about COVID-19, please give our office nurse a call or send a message via FollowMyHealth to your provider, as our front desk staff may not be able to answer your questions.

Schedule a COVID Test

You can schedule a COVID-19 test without a physician’s order through NxGEN. To schedule a test you can:

  1. Text “nxgenc19” to 48355
  2. Call (855) 776-9436 or
  3. Visit https://nxgenmdx.com/covid-19-testing-mi/.

NxGEN will schedule an appointment for you to get tested at a Holland location. No-cost testing is available at local health centers and select pharmacies. For more COVID testing locations and information visit, www.michigan.gov.

COVID Vaccine, January 2021 Update:

All Michigan residents 16 and older are now eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine at a variety of locations. Please visit vaccinatewestmi.com for the latest information or to register for a vaccine appointment.
