Sara Post, FNP

Sara graduated from Calvin College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and in 2016 from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Sara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Prior to joining Lakewood Family Medicine, Sara enjoyed home care and care management opportunities. She and her husband have their three young children and can often be found enjoying the outdoors.
