Dr. Jon W. Kroeze, M.D.
Dr. Kroeze graduated from Calvin College, Wayne State University Medical School and completed his training at the Grand Rapids Family Practice Residency program.
He moved to Holland and joined Lakewood Family Medicine in 1994. Dr. Kroeze and his wife Kathy are blessed with three children—Kari, Danny and Sara. The family loves to play tennis and downhill ski.
