Jon W. Kroeze, M.D.
Dr. Kroeze graduated from Calvin College, Wayne State University Medical School, and completed his training at the Grand Rapids Family Practice Residency program. He moved to Holland and joined Lakewood Family Medicine in 1994.
Dr. Kroeze and his wife Kathy are blessed with three children-Kari, Danny and Sara. Kathy is a substitute teacher and enjoys working at their children’s school. The Kroeze’s enjoy sports as a family, their favorites are; playing tennis and downhill skiing.
Dr. Kroeze enjoys listening to music and singing on the praise team at church.
