Seasonal Flu vaccine has arrived! 

You may come in for the flu shot daily during LFM’s injection clinic hours listed below:

• Monday: 9:00am – 11:45am, 1:00pm – 4:45pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 11:45am, 1:00pm – 5:45pm
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 11:45am, 1:00pm – 4:45pm

There has been a recall of prefilled syringes of H1N1 vaccine.  Lakewood Family Medicine did not receive or administer any of the recalled lot numbers.    

H1N1 vaccine is available to all people without contraindications.

 Please come during LFM’s injection clinic hours:
